1. Complete an Information Form

All travelers arriving in Turkey will be required to complete an information form and will be checked for symptoms upon arrival.

Anyone suspected of having COVID-19 will be transported to a hospital for testing and examination. If you are found to have COVID-19, the information forms you completed upon arrival will be used to identify others that have been in contact with you; those individuals will then be subject to 14-day isolation/quarantine.

Tourist travelers do not need any specific health documentation to enter/exit Turkey unless you are arriving for medical treatment.
