It is almost time for your trip to Belize! As you prepare, please be aware of the new travel requirements and entry screening process for visiting the island. The ongoing pandemic causes frequent changes to entry requirements and testing guidelines, so be sure to check this page frequently leading up to your trip as it will be updated with new information as it becomes available.

1. Negative Rapid Antigen, Sophia, SD Bisenor, or ABBOT (Panbio) Test

All persons traveling to Belize are required to have a negative Rapid Antigen, Sophia, SD Bisenor, or ABBOT (Panbio) test results will also be accepted from arriving passengers at the airport taken no more than 96 hours prior to travel, or test upon arrival if you are unable to bring negative PCR test.

2. Download and Complete the Belize Health App

All persons entering Belize must download and complete the Belize Health App and complete required information within 96 hours of your flight. Travelers will be then receiving a QR code with a unique ID when completed.

3. Confirm Stay in an Approved Gold Standard Accommodation

All travelers must confirm their stay in an approved Gold Standard Accommodation for the duration of their stay.

Compliance of pre-departure protocols is mandatory by the Government of Belize.
